We visited on Friday night and it wasn’t too busy.
Of the 3 set menus for 2, we had the cheapest one that included a green salad, two pieces of tandoori chicken, a large curry of your choice, a portion or rice, a plain naan and two drinks. for 30,ooo W.
We decided to get a lamb gosht kadai.
The quality of the food was pretty good, the menu was in English and the staff were attentive and spoke English. The only downside was that the curry was a little bit small. We will probably visit again but next time we will order two large curries, a naan and rice to share.
While Namaskar in I-dong is another excellent choice for Indian, my co-workers and I usually choose Indra. Why? The samosas are better, you have a choice of large or small curries, and the selection of curries is much more diverse. If you want a typical tomato-sauce-based curry, then Namaskar is great. But if you’d like something a bit different, you have to come here. I love the chicken methi (a curry with dominant fenugreek seasoning). Try it or the the palak paneer; both are amazing!
