Chambbyeo is a gamjatang restaurant in Hyoja, near POSTECH. It’s a sit on the floor place and quite nice inside.
We ordered gamjatang (간자탕) which is back bone stew, it was good but not amazing. It was quite tasty, but I’ve had more meaty gamjatnag elsewhere. There wasn’t that much potato or mushrooms either. On a previous visit we ordered deungbyeo jjim (등뼈찜), which is another kind of bank bone stew except it also has prawns and that was really delicious.
The service was good. The menu on the wall also has pictures so its not too difficult, although none of it is in English.
