Japanese food in Hyoja.
Musashi is a Japanese themed, small restaurant during the day and a bar at night. It looks like a hole in the wall kind of restaurant from the outside but the interior is quite nice with cherry blossom decorations.
We went there for lunch one Saturday afternoon, they haven’t got a lot of space in there so if you want lunch it’s best to go early. We got a miso ramen and spicy miso ramen, both were big bowls and very filling. The noodles were quite nice, they seemed like fresh noodles rather than rehydrated. You can add extra meat and egg if you want for a small cost. We got a small plate of fried mandu as our side dish.
It’s a nice and cheap lunch spot, highly recommended if you want a real bowl of ramen.
